The place was mentioned by Chinese traveler Xuan Sang in his book as place of Buddhist Studies. We will also explore other places of your interest and stories behind this oldest town of Kumaon Himalayas foothills. We will also taste a special dish of this city, a healthy and spicy fast food.

A drive of some 50 km will land us in a small village established by Jim Corbett himself. He bought all the land on his own as distributed to few locals as tenants and had some amazing results to establish a model village. We will walk on his trials, listen to his stories and experience that how his village is still running on his principles of modesty and environmental issues. After filling your tummy with some authentic Kumaon lunch, either we can take rest near a small stream or can walk a bit in jungles,  near village !

For us Corbett is always more than tigers ! So, we will go for an amazing birdwatching session in Pawalghar range. This jungle is home to more than 350+ varieties of birds and you can experience several kind of birds on your walk.
